Provide analysis of traffic along specified corridors and to commence with a system-level conceptual design of ITS solutions that are primarily focused on improving traffic flow and reducing travel time for all road users.

• Identify and adopt ITS technologies to provide timely information to travellers and to also address some
of the critical traffic problems in Lagos.
• Identify locations where traffic information can be placed for travel decision as well as locations for
detection sensors that will provide information to the installation of message display.
